凡成功報名參加及出席之參加者，可獲得 ChillBasic 地球友好 Tencel™️ 莫棉短袖 T 恤 一件。

為配合現場拍攝及整體活動體驗，所有參加者於報到後須即時更換並穿著活動 T 恤進行跑步活動。

• 09:15｜集合（荃新天地 1 期花園廣場）

• 09:30｜報到、領取 T 恤並即場更換、寄物

• 09:40｜跑步技術練習與路線說明

• 10:05｜Chill Run 正式起跑

• 10:35｜返抵終點、拉筋放鬆及補給

• 10:45｜限定 Mini Challenge（有機會贏取戲院禮券！🎬）

• 11:00｜Chilloha 產品介紹 (Shop UG50) 及活動結束

荃新天地 1 期 ➔ 荃灣渡輪碼頭 ➔ 海濱長廊 ➔ 海安路隔音屏障 (折返點) ➔ 返回荃新天地

本人（以下稱“參加者”）自願參加由 Chilloha 舉辦的活動。本人確認：  
1.⁠ ⁠本人身體健康，無醫療狀況妨礙參加此活動，並承擔自身健康風險。  
2.⁠ ⁠了解運動課具一定風險，若活動中發生任何身體傷害、疾病或其他損害，概不追究主辦方及其工作人員之法律責任，除非因主辦方故意或重大過失所致。  
3.⁠ ⁠活動中，如因其他參加者或其攜帶寵物造成任何損害，參加者同意不向主辦方提出賠償要求。  
4.⁠ ⁠同意遵守活動相關規則及安全指引，並尊重其他參加者與主辦人員。  

Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned participant, voluntarily agree to take part in the activities organized by Chilloha. I hereby confirm that:  
1.⁠ ⁠I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this activity. I assume full responsibility for any health risks associated with my participation.  
2.⁠ ⁠I understand that sport involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks. I agree not to hold the organizer, its staff, or volunteers liable for any injury, illness, or other damages arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the organizer.  
3.⁠ ⁠In the event of injury or damage caused by other participants or their pets during the activity, I release the organizer from any claims or liabilities.  
4.⁠ ⁠I agree to follow all safety instructions and rules provided during the activity and respect fellow participants and staff.
